It is valued for its open architecture and flexibility and blended capabilities. In addition, the OpenScape platform digitally records ALL calls in .wav format for verification and quality purposes.

Our platform provides our management team with real-time, on-line call activity statistics. Having this information at our fingertips allows us the flexibility to manipulate dialing tactics to maximize performance.

This SQL based platform also produces customized reporting. Consensus is derived during the design and development phase of the startup as to what data should be included. Reporting is delivered daily via email, fax or secure FTP (if sensitive data is involved such as credit card information).
