• Contact Center Associate


    Thumbs Up Contact Center Associates are professionals who:

    – Contact businesses or private indivduals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services or to request donations for charitable causes

    – Deliver prepared sales talks via outlined scripting

    – Maximize outbound calls by meeting and exceeding defined metrics

    – Have strong written and oral communications skills

    – Are able to work with clients and co-workers peacefully and tactfully

    – Can represent Thumbs Up and all clients with a high level of integrity and professionalism



    – High school graduate with some college education in marketing, business, non-profit and/or equivalent experience

    – Two to five years sales experience
